Deciding between a Tarantula or a Scorpion…?

I want a pet. Want one that doesnt require a lot of cleaning. One that just stands and walks around its little cage (dont know what those boxes are called) and looks cool. One that i can take out of its cage once in a while to show to people, also so it can walk on my bed for a while and let it crawl on me. So now deciding between a tarantula or an emperor scorpion. But Which one is less aggressive and wont bite/sting me less? And which one has the most painful bite/sting? Which requires the least amount of money for supplies. ex: light, food, etc.? I already have a 10 gallon glass aquarium, is that big enough for one spider or one scorpion? So which of the two is best for me?

i would like to know what i should put in my 10 gallon freshwater aquarium? i have in my 55 right now is neons,penguin tetra,cory cats,pleco,gourami,live plants,ottos,glass catfish, and other tetras, may seem crowded but it is not. what should i put in my 10 gallon aquarium?? i dont want the same fish, also i have a 75 gallon cichlid tank.

We have a 45 gallon tank that has been running for a few months now. We currently have 3 red wag platies (and 4 babies in a breeding net), 3 pineapple platies, 2 black swordtails, 2 balloon mollies, a dalmation molly, 2 silver lyretail mollies, 1 green sailfin molly, 2 sunburst guppies, and 3 chinese algea eaters. Several of the fish were bought on the weekend. Since then, a green sailfin has died and so did our angelfish that had been in there since the beginning. We had a Gold Nugget Pleco die a few weeks back and the aquarium store guessed that it died of shock because we were cleaning the filter (eheim canister filter) too often (every week with the 25% water change), which we didn’t realize as we’re new to all of this. Since stopping cleaning the filter the water (about 2 weeks) seems less clear and there is TONS of algae in the filter tubes. Could this be causing the deaths? The water quality was good when the pleco died. ADVICE PLEASE!

How do you get rid of the smell of dead fish from an aquarium?

After a 16 hour power outtage, our 150 gallon tank with a full biological load had a total tank death. Water was BLACK. I’ve changed the water and cleaned the cartridge filter and pythoned the gravel. But it still STINKS!! What steps are required to de-stinkify and get it ready to re-populate?

Salt water Aquarium Setup order of placement?

I just bought 60 Pounds Live Sand (Fiji Pink – Caribsea Brand, still in packaging), 12 five gallon Water bottles (Reverse Osmosis, Sparklets brand) that I am going to mix individually with Salt (Oceanic brand) prior to pouring in tank. And finally, some live rock that I am yet to buy. I want to know what order I should place all these items in and how long (in terms of days) between the placement of each. I dont want the freshly mixed saltwater to ruin my live sand or rock if I was to do it all at once.

Also,

Should I buy cured or uncured rock in my situation? I dont plan on adding fish right away, but also dont want uncured rock to mess with my water chemistry, making me wait a long time before i can add fish.

Should I mix any additional additives/treatment to my RO treated Sparkletts water other than the salt? (Remember I will have live sand and rock to boost the “PH” level, at least I think it will)

When should I begin to run my Remora Skimmer and Fluval Canister filter?

do Seahorses eat sexy shrimp?

ive recently added 2 seahorses to my marine aquarium which already has 2 sexy shrimp in, and i was wondering if anyone knew whether or not seahorses would eat the sexy shrimp, as i am considering adding 4 more sexy shrimp soon, and obviously i don’t want them to be eaten.
any answers greatly received.

I want get a gorgeous Screen Saver program. It is so florid that I think it is a veritable Aquarium. The brilliant image include many seashell, pure white coral，swing float grass，swimming fish and blue water. I can’t remember where I have seen the great image in some-body’s computer desktop. Who can help me get this program?
