How to Ground a ballast — ?? Aquarium HELP !!!?

Ok i bought a ready to use shop light fixture,, I took it apart and mounted it on my Fish tank Canopy made of wood.. The fluorescent end caps are also mounted on the wood,, I have 2 wires that were screwed together on the fixture to ground it.. But now i dont have the fixture to ground it.. So what should i do to ground those to wires>>?

Also i am using reflectors not sure what their usually made of ..
the 2 wires had medal circles at the ends of them.. are you telling me to attach those to wires to the white plug wire that goes in the wall ?

Suggestions: Buying Large fish online for established aquarium (would like semi-aggressive & colorful)?

Looking for suggestions on what I should add and where I can get online fish for my aquarium. Some of these fish have lost their “mates” for various reasons and I am not sure what to add… I would like to add something “new, RARE, and colorful”, but…. I am open to advice. Obviously I need an online retailer who sells larger fish, as anything small would eaten in minutes.

I have a 75 gallon aquarium with 1 blood parrot (5 inches), 2 clown loaches (6 & 3 inches), 1 red devil (7 inches), 2 whiptail catfish (4 & 3 inches), 1 Gold Severum (4 inches), 1 barb (fancyfin otherwise unknown) . Fluval 405 filter, whisper air pump for 100 gallon, my maintance is excellent.

Most importantly.. PLEASE include sources for obtaining these fish online at larger sizes. Thanks!

Mine is an aquarium, and I picked it because I liked its color, and then I realized it sort of goes well with Seashells which has no real significance either.

i looked at http://fish4lifemail.web.officelive.com/order.aspx
and found they make tanks for $1 a gallon. does anyone have experience buying from them. i pan on just buying a tank 150-200 gallons tank with a possible overflow box. are the any other companies that charge around this amount?

Has anyone anywhere had any success keeping seahorses in a aquarium?

I really want to start a reef aquarium. Do i need a special filter, my tanks 50 gallons and i didn’t know i a regular filter would work. Also if anyone could tell me the things i need and there functions that would be great.
