how can i prevent my aquarium from being cloudy?

I got a small aquarium(3 gallons) with 5 gold fish every 2 days it gets cloudy.. i have seen lots of small aquariums on pet shops with lots of goldfishes but still the waters clear how did they do that????

Will my platy fry come to the top of the aquarium to eat, or will they be too shy?

I recently got a very pregnant female Mickey Mouse Platy. I have her in the tank with other platies. I read that you can have a heavily planted corner in the tank for females to have their babies. I’m wondering with my plants at the bottom, are they going to be able to come up to the surface to eat crushed flake food? Would they like crushed shrimp pellets?
