I need a light-weight, non-expensive DOUBLE stand for my 20L gallons. Doesn’t need to hold 100s of pounds of water; aquariums hold reptiles.

I have seen these fish in small aquariums like mine and are doing fine. They probably should go in a bigger tank, am I right?

So I am preparing to wholesale aquarium fish and live aquarium plants. I am looking for very good fish forums where I can post ads that I am wholesaling hoping that someone will purchase from me, so basically looking for a site where I can post ad about me selling fish. Already know the fishforums.com or .net. Are there any very good ones that have high reputation with lots of users on and always effective where I know I am going to get replies? Also, looking for fish auction sites other then Aquabid, are there any good once there that I could probably gain a lot from? I was also be selling reptiles.
I was given two big aquarium rocks and I would like to stick them in my tank. What is the best way to clean them so they won’t hurt my fish? Thank You!
Should I just use hot water to clean them? I know you can’t use soap.
